For almost 12 years of the company's work, we have changed 6 offices. During this time, we have accumulated our own checklist to check the office. Now we are in search of a new office, we have updated this list and decided to share with you.

    Office building

        Close to transport shed-tops, public transport stops

        Availability of a nearby cafe, canteens

        Is it free access to the office or up to a certain hour, what access to the weekend

        Class of office building

        In what condition is the entrance group, office corridors

        In what condition is the shopify website design  toilet, whether there is all the necessary accessories

        How to do parking. If it is bad and there is a parking lot, whether parking spaces are given to tenants and how much they will give us

    Room

        Is the layout suitable for the premises

        Whether it is warm in the office, whether the wind blows the window

        Does it catch a cell phone2 in every corner of the office

        How things are with rodents and insects

        If the repair is tired, whether the repair is compensated for the rental



        Is there air conditioner? If not, whether the installation is compensated for the rental
        View from windows, window size

    Cost

        What is the cost for rent per kV. m.

        Rental price with or no VAT

        What is included in the lease, who pays for electricity and utility bills

        If electricity is paid separately, how much is 1 kWh (for legal entities, the tariff is approximately 5.5 p)

        How much does the Internet and cleaning in this office building

        Are there any other mandatory payments (e.g. security)

        Is there a deposit for rent in the last month

        With whom the contract (yur. face, physis. person), for what period of time the contract
